• Does it mean that Software collection postgresql 9.2.7 and RHEL 7 supplied build in postgresql 9.2.x (9.2.7) are same?

• What is exactly different in two version of postgresql postgresql 9.2.7 and 9.2.8 supplied by Red Hat?
