Problem moving Window across monitors with GNOME 3 in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7

Issue

• Dual head setup is configured using Nvidia proprietary driver.
• Configure secondary monitor above primary in nvidia settings.
• Try to drag Window from primary (bottom) monitor to secondary (top) monitor.
• Window can not be dragged above, it stops at the application bar and mouse cursor continues without the window.
• Dragging Window from primary to secondary monitor works well with secondary monitor set to right, left, or below the primary Monitor.
