Problem moving Window across monitors with GNOME 3 in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7

Issue

Dual head setup is configured using Nvidia proprietary driver.
Configure secondary monitor above primary in nvidia settings.
Try to drag Window from primary (bottom) monitor to secondary (top) monitor.
Window can not be dragged above, it stops at the application bar and mouse cursor continues without the window.
Dragging Window from primary to secondary monitor works well with secondary monitor set to right, left, or below the primary Monitor.
