Why Horizon logs user passwords in plain text when debug logging enabled?

Issue

• Horizon is configured to log messages at DEBUG level. We have noticed that with this configuration, the login attempts are being logged including the user and password in plain text.

• This is a potential security hazard. Is this due a configuration issue or is it the standard behaviour? Is there a way to work around this?
