How to install the 3rd party software package HPOvPerfMI

Issue

  • When attempting to install HPOvPerfMI-11.00.044-1.x86_64 we get the error below:
 libstdc++.so.5 is needed by HPOvPerfMI-11.00.044-1.x86_64
 libstdc++.so.5(CXXABI_1.2) is needed by HPOvPerfMI-11.00.044-1.x86_64
 libst libgcc_s.so.1dc++.so.5(GLIBCPP_3.2) is needed by HPOvPerfMI-11.00.044-1.x86_64

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
