Xvnc and Xspice very slow on RHEL7
Issue
- I have a RHEL7 VMWare VM and try to use it as a virtual desktop. Working with VNC or spice is very, very slow.
gnome-shellconsumes over 100% of the CPU- This issue does not occur with RHEL 6
- I upgraded to the newest VMWare tools without improving this issue, though I noticed that the tools didn't add a X driver
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0
- Gnome 3
- VMWare Hypervisor
