Why can I not validate my VMWare Credentials on a CloudForms UI Appliance

Issue

When you go to validate the vcenter credentials, the UI appliance you are on attempts to create a direct connection from the appliance to the vcenter. If the UI appliance can't reach the vcenter, the validation fails. Instead, the UI should ask a worker that can talk to the provider (one from the zone selected in the zone dropdown) to validate the credentials.
