In Certificate System 8.1, formatting a token deletes DS entries
Issue
When an enrolled token is reformatted, the entries associated with that token in OU=Certificates of the TPS database get deleted. Is this a feature of 8.1 or is there a configuration setting that can be changed to prevent those entries from being deleted? Keeping the entries is necessary for keeping a history of what was placed on a token over the course of its lifetime.
