ksh-20100621-5 does not flush command output immediately when the command is within a subshell and its output is redirected to another file descriptor

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

ksh-20100621-5 output behaviour is different than previous versions of ksh. ksh-20100621-5 buffers all of the output until the end of the command and then prints it all out at the end of processing. This behaviour differs from previous verisons of ksh in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 where the output appeared as the individual commands ended.
