Invalid UI session or page load errors when using a load balancer with multiple JBoss ON servers

Issue

  • The JON UI is working fine on local. But when I try to access it from remote PC then nothing comes out. The JON server is located behind F5.

Environment

  • JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3
  • Two or more JBoss ON servers configured for high-availability (HA)
  • A network load balancer or proxy redirecting connections to one of the JBoss ON servers
    • Load balancer or proxy is not using sticky sessions
