RHN Satellite keep sending satellite-schema upgrade notification

Issue

• While accessing Red Hat Satellite webui it shows warning message as bellow

 A schema upgrade is required. Please upgrade your schema at your earliest convenience to receive latest bugfixes and avoid potential problems. 

How to fix this warning and upgrade satellite schema ?

• Keep getting email from the RHN Satellite server:

Your current satellite-schema version:
    5.4.0.17-1.el5sat
Available satellite-schema upgrade:
    5.4.0.19-1.el5sat
We recommend to upgrade your satellite-schema at your earliest convenience to receive latest schema fixes.
Please consult the appropriate errata solution text for detailed instructions on how to upgrade your satellite-schema.

But when checking the satellite can see that the latest satellite-schema package is already installed in the server.

[root@ ~]# rpm -qa|grep schema
satellite-schema-5.4.0.19-1.el5sat
