Create JMS Divert Via CLI -- reload required
Issue
When I create a JMS divert via CLI the return message says "reload required" but the divert works without an app server restart or reload. Is this reload necessary? What are the consequences of not.
Also, How do I reload a subsystem without restarting the application server - is this documented?
