Can the sp-metadata.xml file be handled from outside the war file, such that any changes to it does not require a restart?
Can the sp-metadata.xml file be configured in jboss-web.xml's valve configuration as that of the picketlink.xml file which can be configured with org.picketlink.identity.federation.bindings.tomcat.idp.IDPWebBrowserSSOValve?
