Fail to upgrade rhev hypervisor with "Host xxxxxxxxxxxx installation failed. Failed to get the session" message in the events log.
Issue
- Fail to upgrade rhev-h from rhevm GUI and got the following messages under engine.log file:

t xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, testhost02.: org.apache.sshd.common.RuntimeSshException: Failed to get the session.
Caused by: java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to host
