Uploading and maintaining updated versions of existing Data Models in Business Central of BRMS 6

Issue

  • There are two different applications, one of which is a Java application and the other is a .Net application, that have existing data models. The requirement is to build rules using the existing data models in BRMS , for which it is needed to upload the data models into BRMS.
    What are the mechanisms/formats available for uploading the data models in BRMS? Please note that one of the applications in not a Java application.
  • How can these models be best maintained in BRMS ? As an example if there are certain changes made to the data model, then what happens to existing rules?
