Qemu-kvm debuginfo can't be upgraded automatically while upgrading to qemu-kvm-rhev

Issue

Users migrating Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 based systems might face upgrade troubles while trying to perform yum update.
For instance qemu-kvm-debuginfo packages were customized for certain products like Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization or Red
Hat Enterprise OpenStack Platform.

Such packages cannot be upgraded automatically and yum update would fail.
