Why unable to copy NTFS permissions from windows clients on samba share

When attempting to change permission on a Samba share, from a Windows machine, some combination are not functioning properly.

For example : it is impossible to tick "Modify", but leave "Full Control" unticked. They are linked : either both of them are ticked, or unticked.
