Why am I no longer able to view all systems registered to the accounts under Red Hat Subscription Management in the Customer Portal?

- Why am I seeing fewer systems than before under Red Hat Customer Portal -> Subscription Management?
- Why can I no longer see other users' systems registered on the same Customer Portal account via subscription-manager?
- How can I restrict users from viewing/editing other users' systems or adding subscriptions?
