Why is `/etc/profile.d/keystone.sh` created when `python-keystoneclient-0.7.1-2` is installed?
Issue
When the OpenStack component Keystone is installed, the /etc/profile.d/keystone.sh script is created to update the complete function for bash. This should be in the /etc/bash_completion.d/ directory.
