Issue

Enabling repository using yum-config-manager --enable command does not work. Repository is not listed by yum repolist in spite of enabling.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux(RHEL).
Red Hat subscription Manager(RHSM).
yum-utils-1.1.31-24.el7.noarch
