Unable to change the 'Datacenter & Cluster' name from 'Default' to some other value in rhev manager during the self hosted engine setup.
Issue
- While installing rhev manager using the self hosted engine setup, we are unable to change the
Datacenter & Clusterfrom Default to some other value.

- Red Hat Enterprise Virtuaization 3.3.2
