Tool tips values for weights on Cluster Policy module seems to be incorrect

Issue

On the Configure Dialogue, when defining Cluster Policies, the tool tip values for weight modules appear to be incorrect:

OptimalForEvenDistribution: Gives host with lower CPU usage higher weight (means that hosts with higher CPU usage are more likely to be selected)
OptimalForPowerSaving: Gives hosts with higher CPU usage, higher weight (means that hosts with lower CPU usage are more likely to be selected)

Is it a bug to typo?
