Where is the "Suggestion by Andreas" gone while creating the case?

Issue

  • Suggestion powered by Andreas is now not seen while typing the case title.
  • Is there an alternative place on the site where I can search the knowledge base on a similar way or will the feature return?

Resolution

  • The feature is still there however, now it comes on a separate page once the case details has been entered.

Diagnostic Steps

  • This can be verified by adding some technical stuff in the case description then press next, it will be directed to "Recommendation" tab where the "suggestions powered by andreas" is available.
