Adding a disk to a virtual machine, attempting to start a virtual machine, or exporting a template to storage fails with "Low disk space on relevant Storage Domain"
Issue

If the remaining space on the storage domain is less than 10% of the total storage domain size, attempting to add a new disk to a virtual machine (vm) fails with the following error message:
Cannot add Virtual Machine Disk. Low disk space on relevant Storage Domain.

If the remaining space on the storage domain is less than 5 GB of the total storage domain size, attempting to start a virtual machine (vm) from the Manager UI will fail with the following error message:
Cannot run VM. Low disk space on relevant Storage Domain.

If the remaining space on the storage domain is less than 5GB of the total storage domain size, attempting to start a virtual machine (vm) from the User Portal will result in the following error message being displayed:
Operation Cancelled Cannot allocate and run VM from VM Pool. There are no available VMs in the VM pool.
