Stomp or Stomp over Websocket support in failover or clustering deployment in JBoss Fuse A-MQ

Does currently Stomp or Websocket transport in A-MQ supply the necessary features in the protocol to allow the use of Failover ?

If supported, how do we go about configure both client and server side?

In addition, can we use dynamic discovery with stomp or websocket?
