rgmanager segfaults after a node has left the cluster or service has failed and recovery is about to be attempted in RHEL 6 high availability cluster

Issue

rgmanager crashed after a node failed
My cluster node rebooted itself after rgmanager segfaulted while trying to recover a service
If a resource fails a status check and then other nodes in the cluster leave right after, rgmanager segfaults on the remaining node

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6 with the High Availability Add On
rgmanager
Circumstances exist that can trigger a loss of quorum on a node in the cluster
