Unable to see OpenStack entities (eg instances, images) in CloudForms 3.0 after adding the OpenStack provider

Issue

  • I have connected an OpenStack provider in CloudForms 3.0 and refreshed relationships and states, however I am unable to see any instances, images etc.
  • I have verified the username and password is correct
  • I am following the Red Hat documentation here and here, but it still isn't working

  • CloudForms 3.0
  • OpenStack provider
