Creating a JBoss ON bundle with CLI doesn't upload required files

Issue

When I use the function for createBundleVersion through the CLI my recipe file gets uploaded but the text and binary files in the archive do not get uploaded. If I use the JBoss ON menu and manually upload the archive/bundle, it gives me a second menu to upload the ancillary files. How do I do this in the CLI?
