[RHEL] Kdump hangs when we trying to crash the kernel

Issue

Kdump hangs when we try to crash the kernel with echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger command.
Server is an HP Blade Server
Tried with new kernel and the issue remains same.
Added options in /etc/sysconfig/kdump.conf file without any success.

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux - All Releases
kdump to capture vmcores
