remote login from RHEL 5 to RHEL 6 not working

Issue

• Users are not able to rlogin from RHEL 5.5 to RHEL 6.4.
• But all the users are able to login from RHEL 5.5. to RHEL 5.5.

1) RHEL 6.4 is new setup on our environment.
2) All the IPTABLES are stopped here.
3) We have verified that password less "ssh" login working here for all the users.
4) All the requested services are up and running here.
5) RHEL 6.4 host entry are available on the users .rhost profile.
6) Included rsh,rlogin and rexec are in /etc/securetty.
7) I have attached all the configuration files details also.
