Installing grub on RAID1 in RHEL 4
Issue
Loss of one RAID disk resulted in the platform not booting b/c because Anaconda only installs the GRUB MBR on one disk. This is fixed in RHEL 5 and later. When installing and mirroring the new disk and trying to use GRUB to install the MBR, it results in a segmentation fault. Subsequent reboot failed with the error message below and it was necessary to re-install GRUB again on the primary disk.
Error message on boot : GRUB loading stage1.5
