How to load resources from an ear's META-INF directory in JBoss EAP 6

Issue

Where is the classpath root for an ear deployed in EAP
In JBoss EAP 5.X the root of the context classloader classpath was the root folder of the ear and we were able to read resources out of the ear/META-INF directory, can this be done in JBoss EAP 6?
