How to use multiple storage types. RBD and NFS

Issue

I have exported NFS storage to an existing Openstack environment that has RBD as it storage. I am not sure I am seeing the NFS storage and do not know how to specify where to place a VM. I have followed this doc. Installation_and_Configuration_Guide
