Why can't I search for objects that don't have a tag in RHEV webadmin portal?

Issue

  • Using the search bar of RHEV webadmin portal to search for objects that do not have a tag is not possible since no results are returned:

    Vms: tag != tag1

  • Using != comparison operator is possible when searching by other attributes:

    Vms: name != vm1

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.3.
  • rhevm-webadmin-portal version 3.3.2-0.50.el6ev.
