Newly added LUNs not visible

Issue

• We have assign Lun size of 100 GB to our 2 servers which is not visible in OS.
• As part of our data center migration, we moved a blade from one chassis to another but after the zoning etc updated at the new location and same luns/storage made visible to the host, we still don't see luns. The FC ports on the blade/server all show up and online.
