How to change the JON agents's bind port ?

How to change the JON agents bind port?
Should it be enough to just change the agent bind port value in agent-configuration.xml and restart ?Should the agent be reregistered with JON after making this change?
Could you please assist if we can make JON agent to communicate to server on any other port. If yes what will be procedure.
