Red Hat Network Satellite webUI showing "(no access to parent channel)" or does not list a channel.

Issue

Red Hat Network Satellite webUI is not permitting to access base channel and is showing this "(no access to parent channel)" error on the channels page for that particular channel.
Red Hat Network Satellite webUI does not show the channel, but the spacewalk-remove-channel -l command shows it.
An ISS slave displays "(no access to parent channel)" in the webui after any satelite-sync command is ran against the master.
