java -version shows the wrong Java Runtime Environment version
Issue
I installed a new version of the Java Runtime Environment but the java -version command does not show the new version.
# java -version
java version "1.6.0_22"
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- Multiple Java runtimes installed
- Requirement to use a specific Java runtime version
