Eclipse is not operating properly over ssh session from Windoes machine

Issue

• Connecting to RHEL system from Windows using SSH with X Forwarding
• Some of the windows don't scroll properly e.g. problems and project explorer windows.
• The text disappears while scrolling window.
• The text reappears while moving mouse over the window
• Problem is not observed while logging in from system console but observed only while using the Windows PC as a terminal emulator
• This was working fine in RHEL5 and problem is seen after upgrade to RHEL6
