Trouble connecting RHEV to Active Directory with error "No user information was found for user"

Issue

rhevm-manage-domains fails with "Failure while testing domain gss.lab.tlv.redhat.com with errors:

No user information was found for user" error, when attempting to connect to an Active Directory domain.

LDAP: error code 1 - 000004DC: LdapErr: DSID-0C0906E8, comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection
