Issue

• Webadmin portal displays the incorrect time in the EVENTS tab for a vm migration completed event.
• The time is always displayed on in no.of.seconds (which are always <60) even if the VM actually takes longer than a minute to migrate between RHEV hosts. I tested this by Starting VM Migration of one of my test VMs which actually took "2m35secs" and the webadmin-portal EVENTS tab only reported "35secs".

• The migration_completed_time format should be either be like :

1. Total.no.of.seconds actually required for migration.
2. OR $mins$secs (example : 2mins35secs in the above test case)
