When having only JBoss subscriptions in account what kind of support is provided by Red Hat ?

Issue

  • Transferred one RHEL subscription to another account. Currently there is only JBoss subscription with the account. What level of support will get with this JBoss subscription.

  • What kind of technical support is received if there is any RHEL related issues ?

  • What kind of support received if the problem would be both RHEL and JBoss related?

  • Is it possible to create JBoss related tickets even though it might be RHEL related?
