The message sequence number (qpid.msg_sequence) gets restarted with every restart of the qpid broker

Issue

  • The qpid.msg_sequence restarts numbering after a broker restart.
  • Create an exchange with the qpid.msg_sequence argument and every message gets a qpid.msg_sequence header that gets incremented. However, it seems that the sequence number is restarted every time the broker (or whole cluster) is restarted.
