"command not found" when trying to run subscription-manager's "rct" command

Issue

  • I'm unable to subscribe system using subscription-manager.
  • I'm unable to view Entitlements pool using subscription-manger.
  • rct cat-cert /etc/pki/product/*.pem returns:
rct: command not found

  • subscription-manager
