satellite-sync does not honour MTA setting mentioned in /etc/rhn/rhn.conf using web.smtp_server parameter
Issue
satellite-syncdoes not honour MTA settings mentioned using parameterweb.smtp_serverin/etc/rhn/rhn.confand fails with,
error: [Errno 111] Connection refused
