RHEV VM watchdog not working correctly - sleep of watchdog is decreased using default configuration
Issue
After attaching a watchdog card to a virtual machine, configuring the watchdog daemon on that virtual machine and running the 'watchdog -v' command to write messages to /var/log/messages with each interval, the watchdog only goes to sleep for half of the 'interval' variable specified in the file /etc/watchdog.conf.
