spacewalk-dump-schema contains ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object
Issue
- You have followed Step 1 in the upgrade document:
cd /etc/sysconfig/rhn/satellite-upgrade/scripts
./spacewalk-dump-schema | \
bzip2 -7c - | \
split -d -b 2147483648 - /some/storage/path/schema-dump

Aborted the spacewalk-dump-schema by (e.g.) pressing CTRL-C

Started Step 1 again and get the following error:
