fdisk -l does not shows all devices in /proc/partitions as expected
Issue
- fdisk -l does not show all devices from /proc/partitions as expected

fdisk -l generates message as part of its output:
Unable to read /dev/mapper/mpathNp4
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6,7
- device mapper multipath
- extended partitions on multipath device
