VMs are never deleted from the VMDB when retired.
Issue
- When a vm is retired through Cloudforms it is not deleted from the Cloudforms vmdb(database).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to VM
2. Lifecycle -> Retire
3. Wait for retirement task to complete
4. Configuration -> Remove from VMDB
5. Wait for destroy task to complete

- Red Hat CloudForms 3.0
