RHEV-M Admin Portal not accessible after upgrading from 3.1 to 3.2
Issue
- After upgrading from RHEV 3.1 to RHEV 3.2, the upgrade fails and the Admin Portal is inaccessible.
- After a successful upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2, yum update rhevm-reports was run, followed by rhevm-dwh-setup. Installation of rhevm-dwh-setup failed throwing error
Exception: Failed while trying to start the ovirt-engine service.

- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.1 to 3.2
