Issue

• fabric maven proxies in fabric is not synced
  ** I.e. when I upload an artefact (Bundle or .KAR) to one ensemble node it should automatically sync it to the other ensemble nodes - so if the ensemble node where the artefact has been initially deployed goes down, it is still available to the fabric - through another ensemble node
